About Ken Howard

I have 30 years with Sibcy Cline, and 40 years as a licensed agent. I serve as the Vice President and Sales Manager of the Lebanon Office. As an agent I strived to support my clients, but as the sales manager, I strived to give the best support. Sibcy Cline built this family-owned company by assisting their agents to grow in the industry.  Our Leadership Team’s role is to see that every agent has the tools, the training and expertise to succeed.

I attended Kings High School, the University of Cincinnati, American Institute of Banking, the Dale Carnegie Program, the Xerox Selling School, and Sibcy Cline Realtors Success Corp.  In addition, I have spent 40 years as a commissioned Realtor learning through the School of Hard Knocks, working through the events of 9/11 and several recessions. My real estate expertise and experience have prepared me to help our realtors, and our Company succeed. The market is ever-changing, and we are prepared to change with it.

My work experience includes U. S. Army, A.V.P. Bank One of Milford n.a. 1974-1984, Gold Key Homes, Ferguson Realty, Century 21 and Sales Manager for Ellis Thompson Realtors 1986-1990. I transitioned with Sibcy Cline as Executive Sales Vice President of Sibcy Cline Realtors where I had been the Lebanon Office VIP for 20 years. My role to Vice President/Sales Manager in was in January of 2020.  I have been a consistent Award-Winning Agent with Sibcy Cline including Diamond Premier Club status.
